"We put 3 tool racks on the back of each cart since we carry tools like rakes, brooms etc and the single tool rack isn't strong enough not to break with that kinda of strain... so putting 3, one above the other, gives you a longer/taller holder for those types of tools... wish they made a single tool rack that connected to ALL 3 holes on the back and also had taller "tubes" to put rakes, hoes, brooms etc in on the back of the cart... hint hint"
