We are the only manufacturer to offer a 2-year parts warranty for a utility cart that is made for consumer use.
If you have already taken the time to look over our pictures and video’s then you know how tough our carts are.

Your Mighty Max Cart comes with a 2-Year Parts Warranty which covers the Axles, Front and Rear Frames, Upper and Lower Handle, 5th Wheel, Wheels and all associated hardware. We will discount the replacement part, by 50% the retail cost, of any of these parts for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Wheels will be replaced on a per wheel basis via warranty. (Fishing Pole Holders, Cargo End Walls, Tool Rack and Hitch Attachment are not included or covered under warranty)
We offer a separate 2-Years Parts Warranty for the Poly Dump Tubs. We will discount the replacement part by 15% the retail cost for a period of two year from the date of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid for Mighty Max Cart to determine whether it needs to be repaired or replaced. Any labor costs, travel expenses and/or other changes involved in the removal, replacement or installation of the part are responsible of the purchaser.
Shipping charges for replaced merchandise must be prepaid by the customer, else the replacement will be sent on a collect on delivery basis. Mighty Max Cart reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of defective merchandise and to recover the merchandise prior to replacement.
Mighty Max shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products, or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of enjoyment of use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on these products. Our products are not intended for use as a child’s toy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of the purchase. We reserve the right to repair or replace any damaged parts due to shipping. We cannot accept used carts. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee deducted from your refund, so please read everything carefully before making your purchase.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or was a defective item, but we reserve the right to make all corrections like shortages to the order via parts and/or repairs. Please review all information on all of our Cart Lines before you make a Purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 Days after we receive the complete order back, however, but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Mighty Max Cart understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Delivery times are calculated based on the shipping priority.
In the event that orders are delayed for any reason beyond the Company’s control, customer will be sent an alert by way of e-mail, stating the anticipated shipping date. When available, common carrier’s delivery data will be provided to the customer.
