Warranty options are available on all carts you purchased through this website. Please call 877-662-9669 before you order your replacement parts, and you will get 50% Off with discounted shipping.

We’re pretty confident you won’t be able to damage our carts. In fact, we are so confident in our carts we offer a 2-year parts warranty.

We are the only manufacturer to offer a 2-year parts warranty for a utility cart that is made for consumer use, with exception to our new All-Terrain Weatherproof Wheels. (Wheels are a normal wear item, and because of the specific materials that make up the specially designed imported wheels, they must be properly stored without a load on the cart. So we will replace a complete set of same color wheels for $30 which includes shipping, even if the cart was left standing with a load on it resulting in flat spots forming on tires.)

The pesky fine print from our attorney.

Your Mighty Max Cart comes with a 2-year parts warranty which covers the axles, front and rear frames, upper and lower handle, 5th wheel and all associated hardware.  We will replace any of these parts for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.  This warranty does not apply to accessories including utility/garden tubs, end walls, fishing pole holders, tool racks and hitch assemblies.

Warranty Fulfillment

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid for Mighty Max to determine whether it needs to be repaired or replaced.  Any labor costs, travel expenses and/or other changes involved in the removal, replacement or installation of the part are responsible of the purchaser.

Shipping charges for replaced merchandise must be prepaid by the customer, else the replacement will be sent on a collect on delivery basis. Mighty Max reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of defective merchandise and to recover the merchandise prior to replacement.


Mighty Max shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products, or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of enjoyment of use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on these products. Our products are not intended for use as a child’s toy.
